Welcome to MAYURCODEX. By purchasing admission to our 2-Hour Live AI Creator Workshop or accessing our digital assets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Registration & Ticket Delivery

When you complete payment (Early Bird ₹199 or standard ₹299), you will receive a registration receipt and immediate access to the MAYURCODEX WhatsApp Community where the Zoom link is shared. You must provide a valid email and phone number for session delivery.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during the workshop—including the Premium AI Prompt Packs, resource vaults, workflow sheets, templates, and video logs—are intellectual property of MAYURCODEX. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these resources. Reselling, redistribution, or sharing these assets in public directories is strictly prohibited.

3. Live Session & Recordings

The workshop is a live session. Zoom coordinates will be posted in the private WhatsApp Community. If you miss the live session, recorded replay buffers are provided within the community portal to review the content.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of our digital resource assets (including the ₹4,500+ Premium Prompt Packs and Workflow templates) upon checkout, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the course topics before booking.

5. User Conduct

We expect all students to maintain a professional, respectful tone during the live Zoom session and within the WhatsApp Community. Any form of harassment, spam, or self-promotion will result in immediate removal from the workshop and community without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

MAYURCODEX is not liable for any direct or indirect business impacts, tool cost updates (for Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.), or productivity rates resulting from your implementation of these workflows. Results vary based on individual effort and design standards.
